Bank Holiday at Swanley Park

It was grey and miserable looking this morning but we had to get out of the house so we went to Swanley Park - one of my favourite places. It has a mini railroad, the best paddling pool, a boating lake - loads to do. And it wasn't cold - just grey...

We took a picnic...

And the boys couldn't resist the water for long...

There's a lovely train that takes you back to the car park from the play area

And a roundabout too...!

A lovely day out - home by 2.30. Rob and Toby are napping upstairs and Oz and I are on the computers. When the other two get up it's paddling pool time again - this timein the garden as it's blazing sunshine now! I'm off to hang my washing up. Hope you're all having a nice bank holiday/memorial day weekend!

Fab! We loved it when we went too. J had to go on the train about 4 times, and wanted to stand watching it the rest of the time!

Oz is getting to look so boyish! Such lovely thick hair. Does he fancy a Yank for a sweetheart? I have two...
